OUR STORY
In 2003, founder Mr. Cheng-Hsueh Wu visited a café in a 5-star hotel. While enjoying gourmet pastries and drinks, he realized that the prices were set way too high for everyday people. He envisioned a place where premium quality could be accessible to everyone.
Today, 85°C has over 1,000 locations worldwide. In 2008, the first U.S. store opened in Irvine, CA—it quickly became an overnight sensation with thousands of devoted fans. Now, we're proud to serve Sacramento with the same commitment to excellence.
The perfect brewing temperature for espresso coffee. For us, it symbolizes our devotion to provide coffee, breads, and cakes of the highest quality.
Each cup of coffee is individually brewed with Guatemalan coffee beans. All of our drinks are handcrafted and made to order.
